Erin DuPrae has worked in skilled nursing and long-term care since 2000. After graduating from Eastern Michigan University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Occupational Therapy, Erin has always enjoyed working with the geriatric population. During her career, the first 15 years were spent in management and as a clinician at the facility level. Erin has been employed by Synchrony Rehab since 2012, starting as a Program Director. Erin joined Synchrony Rehab’s clinical support team in 2015 and in 2022 she was promoted to VP of Operations to provide support to our North Division. Erin has been certified as a Dementia Capable Care Instructor and as a Dementia Capable Care Therapist (DCCT). Erin’s leadership skills include educating our teams to understand Medicare regulations and long-term care trends. Her goal is to partner closely with each customer to meet their unique needs to deliver quality patient care and achieve desired clinical outcomes.
