Join us in congratulating Addisson Pearison, our February Program Director of the Month! Addisson serves as the Director of Rehab for our two campuses in the Terre Haute area: Cobblestone Crossings and Harrison’s Crossing. Since 2022, she has skillfully managed the responsibilities of a split Program Director (DOR), consistently demonstrating an extraordinary commitment to residents, their families, the therapy teams, and the interdisciplinary staff at both locations. Addisson’s outstanding leadership, particularly her focus on a collaborative, team-oriented approach, is clearly reflected in the enthusiastic praise she receives from the campus leaders she supports.

“Addisson is one the most positive co-workers I have ever had the experience of working with. She is always friendly, professional, positive, and encouraging. She wants to participate in anything that involves making our residents and family’s experiences better!” Jodie Bilskie, ED, Cobblestone Crossings
“Addisson always takes the time with each resident to get to know their individual needs. She is always looking for a way to tailor their plan of care to challenge them yet meet them where their baseline was at home. Always encouraging them to use what they used at home as quickly as possible but also being realistic about changes in the new day to day normal they may be facing. We are so very lucky to have her as part of our family here at Cobblestone.” Angela Robinson, DHS, Cobblestone Crossings
“Addisson does a fabulous job of being both a fantastic person and a great leader. She can get the best out of her employees while still running a department that has fun during its workday. She divides her time between two facilities, but neither one of us ever feels shorted. She is always on top of any opportunities and always has a solution in mind. This award is well deserved.” Sean Medsker, ED, Harrison’s Crossing
“Addisson always goes above and beyond for her therapy staff as well as the residents. Addison is always available for any questions that the nursing staff may have and answers in a timely fashion. She definitely leads by example and truly has a servant’s heart. She is an asset to Trilogy/Synchrony and Harrisons Crossing.“ Cynthia Mitten, DHS, Harrison’s Crossing
