Please join me to congratulate Jennifer Coy as the August Synchrony PD of the Month!
Jennifer first joined our Synchrony Team in October of 2011 as a COTA before stepping into the Program Director position a year later at Ridgewood HC in Lawrenceburg, IN. Through her Outstanding Leadership, she has assisted her team and campus with positive Clinical Growth and positive resident outcomes. Jennifer consistently aims high with her Lead by Example and PATD approach to excel in achievements in all customer service, operational, and clinical metrics. She is continuously in search of ways to lead her team and support the community with a Servant’s Heart.
